  1. Congrats on your good coverage of bees.

Consider doing a story on the Pollinator Partnership, the premier driver of pollinator conservation. It has more than 100 groups involved from around the continent, was responsible for the new pollinator stamps and the National Academy of Sciences study of the status of bees in N America. Your coverage could help this group lead the charge to save the bees, and all otehr pollinators as well.

  2. I am not a bee keeper. Do you have records of in the UK where there is a decline of bees.
I will be keen to understand and help support your worthy cause.
To find out more about me, search my full name in google.

  3. I’m a (home) perennial flower gardener (US-Virginia) and have noticed a decline in the native bees visiting my garden. It was especially noticeable earlier in the summer and I noticed many dead bees laying about the garden. I don’t use pesticides in my garden, never have. It is disturbing to see so few bees this year and bumblebees seem to be the most scarce in my garden. I have been reading about the colony collapse disorder plaguing the commercial beekeeping industry and understand it does extend to the native bees as well. Hopefully, your cause will bring about an answer to this disturbing problem.

  4. Check out the Safe wire intiative’s bee article, http://www.safewireless.org/ SWIGlobalNews/ SWIAlerts/ tabid/187/ctl/ ArticleView/mid/466/ articleId/384/ Dying-bees-could-impact-food-supply.aspx, and how cell phone’s and towers may be helping to cause the problem. You can protect yourself from the damaging effects of cells phones by getting a cell chip (http://www.mybiopro.com/ BioProTemplate.aspx? ItemID=1450&ID=supportyourworld) and educating yourself and others on how cell phones work and what they are doing to our bodies and environment.
