Tropical Storm Noel Could Brush South Florida

14th Named Storm of the Season is Picking up Strength

The 14th named storm of the Atlantic hurricane season, Tropical Storm Noel, is moving back into open waters after crossing Cuba, and is expected to regain some strength before it moves up parallel to the East Coast, possibly drenching southeast Florida.

First, it is expected to tear through the central and northern Bahamas.
